What customers say

  • 5 out of 5 stars

Simple but most efficient and effective device build for exactly its sole purpose from material, magnet strength, dual installation and the extra customizing options to go along with it by far my favorite gun mount of all the other 7 brands I've owned. I've ordered one for my side by side, boat and multiple vehicles can't say enough about this product. Well done.

Kimber mount questions

Which Kimber models do you make car and truck mounts for?

At The Ready makes model-specific mounts for 7 Kimber models: Kimber Mako 380, Mako R7, Micro 9, Pro Carry, Ultra Pro, Ultra Raptor II and Ultra Carry II. Each one is designed from the actual slide of that model.

Are Kimber mounts magnetic?

Yes. Every Kimber mount holds the pistol with rare-earth magnets in a premium ABS body designed from that model’s slide, so it sits in the same position on every drive and is ready for a quick draw.

Is there an optic-ready Kimber mount?

Yes. Every Kimber mount here has an optic-compatible version for $10 more. Choose “Optic: Yes” on your model’s page, or switch on the red dot option in the finder at the top of this page. The optic option does not by itself confirm clearance for weapon lights or other accessories.

Do Kimber models with similar names share a mount?

No. Models with similar names each have their own mount, for example Kimber Mako 380 and Mako R7; Kimber Ultra Pro, Ultra Raptor II and Ultra Carry II. Choose the exact model name marked on your pistol, and contact At The Ready if you are not sure which one you have.

How much does a Kimber mount cost?

Kimber mounts start at $95, and the optic-ready version is $10 more. Base, tab and text colors and up to 18 characters of custom text are included at no extra cost.

Where does a Kimber mount go in a car or truck?

Common spots are the side of the center console, a side panel and the lower dash. Choose a spot you can reach from your normal driving position that stays clear of airbags, pedals and controls. At home, mounts can also go on a nightstand, headboard, desk or wall.

What if my Kimber is not listed?

Call (469) 833-6651 with the exact model marked on your pistol, and At The Ready will help you check the available mount options.
