FN mount questions

Which FN models do you make car and truck mounts for?

At The Ready makes model-specific mounts for 8 FN models: FN 503, 509 MRD, 509 TAC, FNH 57, FNP 9, Reflex, FNS 9C and FNX 45. Each one is designed from the actual slide of that model.

Are FN mounts magnetic?

Yes. Every FN mount holds the pistol with rare-earth magnets in a premium ABS body designed from that model’s slide, so it sits in the same position on every drive and is ready for a quick draw.

Is there an optic-ready FN mount?

Yes. Every FN mount here has an optic-compatible version for $10 more. Choose “Optic: Yes” on your model’s page, or switch on the red dot option in the finder at the top of this page. The optic option does not by itself confirm clearance for weapon lights or other accessories.

Do FN models with similar names share a mount?

No. Models with similar names each have their own mount, for example FN 509 MRD and 509 TAC. Choose the exact model name marked on your pistol, and contact At The Ready if you are not sure which one you have.

How much does an FN mount cost?

FN mounts start at $95, and the optic-ready version is $10 more. Base, tab and text colors and up to 18 characters of custom text are included at no extra cost.

Where does an FN mount go in a car or truck?

Common spots are the side of the center console, a side panel and the lower dash. Choose a spot you can reach from your normal driving position that stays clear of airbags, pedals and controls. At home, mounts can also go on a nightstand, headboard, desk or wall.
