Can I chamber my IWI Desert Eagle while it is in the mount?
No. These mounts hold the pistol in a neutral position and are not designed to support chambering while the pistol is secured in the mount. Remove the pistol from the mount before chambering or manipulating the slide. Chambering it while mounted may damage the mount, the pistol, or the surface the mount is attached to.
