Staccato Car Mount Guide: C, C2, CS, P, XC and XL
Staccato car mount guide: magnetic mounts made for the Staccato C, C2, CS, P, XC and XL. Match your model, choose optic-ready and keep your 2011 secure.

A Staccato is an investment, and owners want it riding somewhere better than a console bin or a door pocket. These 2011-style pistols come in several sizes, from the compact CS to the long-slide XL, and each one needs its own mount.
This guide covers the six Staccato models At The Ready makes mounts for, the C, C2, CS, P, XC and XL, plus the optic choice, placement and install.
Key takeaways
- Each Staccato model has its own At The Ready magnetic mount: C, C2, CS, P, XC and XL.
- Check the model marked on your pistol before you order.
- Each Staccato mount is $95, or $105 for the optic-ready version.
- Many Staccato owners run optics, so the optic-ready version is a common choice.

Six Staccatos, Six Mounts
You can see the current lineup on Staccato’s website. At The Ready designs each mount from one pistol’s actual slide:
| Your pistol | At The Ready mount | Standard | Optic-ready |
|---|---|---|---|
| Staccato C | Staccato C mount | $95 | $105 |
| Staccato C2 | Staccato C2 mount | $95 | $105 |
| Staccato CS | Staccato CS mount | $95 | $105 |
| Staccato P | Staccato P mount | $95 | $105 |
| Staccato XC | Staccato XC mount | $95 | $105 |
| Staccato XL | Staccato XL mount | $95 | $105 |
Staccato names are short and easy to mix up, so check the model marked on your pistol, and call At The Ready at (469) 304-8535 if you are unsure. All Staccato mounts are on one page.
Optic-Ready Is the Usual Pick
Many Staccato owners run a red dot. If yours does, or will, choose “Optic: Yes” for the optic-ready version, $10 more than standard. The choice does not by itself confirm clearance for a light or other accessories, so ask about your setup. More in the optic-ready gun mount guide.
How It Holds Your Staccato
A Staccato car mount holds the pistol with rare-earth magnets in a premium ABS body shaped from that model’s slide, so the pistol sits in the same position on every drive. The trigger guard stays open, so keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire.
Placement for Long and Short Slides
A compact CS and a long-slide XL need different amounts of room, so test the spot with your empty pistol from your normal seat before installing. The side of the center console and a lower dash panel are the most common spots. Keep clear of airbags and pedals, and add the angled mount adapter ($14.99) if the grip sits close to your knee. The truck gun mount placement guide covers the checks.

Installing It
Every mount includes screws, VHB tape and primer. Use the screws, or the tape with the included primer for a no-drill install. Watch the short video on the installation page.
