Most vehicle mounts involve you removing your weapon from its holster which I didn't want to hassle with for multiple reasons. When I saw this mount that uses your existing holster clip I got excited. Shipping was quick. I wasn't able to get the adhesive to work well enough even with the promoter but it was easy enough to drill and run 3 self tapping screws through the mount which holds it securely. The grip sits far enough out that it's easy to grab and the weapon doesn't move when I'm driving. Great design.
My friends and family have cheaper versions of these mounts. Definitely a better choice to go with At The Ready. Magnets are much stronger and secure the weapon better. Fit to my Staccato C2 is perfect. I will not hesitate to purchase mounts from At The Ready again.
I have friends and family members with cheaper versions of this mount in their rigs. I carry a Staccato C2 and needed something better fit to the 2011 slide. This mount is outstanding. A perfect fit for my pistol with a magnet system that far outweighs the others in retention. My friends and family members are now looking at switching out to At The Ready. More money, but definitely worth it! Easy mounting as well.
The product itself is amazing. Sturdy, good quality, made in America. Unfortunately did not work with the wing on my holster
Works awesome in my farm truck - works great -just throw the holster on it when i am driving around the farm and it stays secure and is ready when i need it - the gray color matches my 2002 F150 almost perfect - buy one you won’t regret it
The holster hook is very convenient since my vehicle doesn't have a flat surface under the steering wheel for the gun mount, so I put the hook on the side of the center console, and it is awesome.
A great solution to have firearm ready. Provides a good enough gap to allow solid purchase of firearm quickly. Solid attachment with adhesive. Particularly like that firearm can remain in holster throughout.
I asked, they created and took the time to verify fit to my own Canik TTI and then built. Perfect!!!
